Meet Inbar
I'm Inbar, the founder of Adamà.
After years of exploring Italian food traditions, I created a place where guests can experience Southern Italy through cooking, local producers, and everyday life.
As an olive oil sommelier and Italian cuisine specialist, I love sharing the stories, flavours, traditions, and simple moments of everyday life that make Southern Italy so special.
My hope is that every guest leaves not only with wonderful memories, but with a true connection to Southern Italy.

Perfectly positioned between the Amalfi Coast, Cilento National Park, Matera, and Calabria, it's an ideal base for discovering some of Southern Italy's most beautiful destinations.
