About us

Adamà is our family farm in the southern of Italy countryside.

Adamà is our family farm in southern of campania countryside in Italy.

It was born from a simple love for food, for the land, and for the moments that bring people together.
What began as a small family kitchen has grown into a place where guests are welcome like friends, and every meal is a conversation with the earth.

We cook as generations before us did slowly, with care, using what the season offers.
Here, tradition isn’t just remembered; it’s lived, shared, and passed from our hands to yours.

This is Adamà: a home, a table, a story told through taste.

.

Guests can experience farm to table activities, culinary workshops, guided food tours, and enjoy cozy guest rooms surrounded by nature.
