The woman behind the Adamà

Inbar, an olive oil sommelier and Italian cuisine expert who lives and breathes the authentic timless flavor of tradition. Born into a family of passionate cooks:  a pastry chef grandfather, a grandmother and mother who both ran catering.

About us

Adamà is our family farm in southern of campania countryside in Italy.​​​​

It was born from a simple love for food, for the land, and for the moments that bring people together.
What began as a small family kitchen has grown into a place where guests are welcome like friends, and every meal is a conversation with the earth.

We cook as generations before us did slowly, with care, using what the season offers.
Here, tradition isn’t just remembered; it’s lived, shared, and passed from our hands to yours.

This is Adamà: a home, a table, a story told through taste.

Atena Lucana

Atena Lucana is a small, picturesque village located in Vallo di Diano, in Campania, the heart of southern Italy.
At an altitude of about 640 meters, it is surrounded by olive groves and green fields, overlooking the valley and the mountains of Cilento National Park.

It is one of the oldest settlements in the region.
Here, people still cook the way their grandparents did, harvest olives by hand, and celebrate each season with food, wine, and music.

Just an hour and a half from Naples International Airport and about 50 minutes from the Costiera Cilentano.
Atena Lucana offers the perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility.
From here, you can easily reach Calabria and Sicily, explore ancient ruins, visit traditional markets, and discover hidden culinary treasures.
